Peer Support Coordinator for the Lotus Blossom Project
Yeree is the Peer Support Coordinator for the Lotus Blossom Project, where she helps shape and support peer-led spaces for women survivors of domestic abuse.
She brings over 15 years’ experience in the charity and community sectors, with a focus on creating safe, trauma-informed, and inclusive services. Before joining Lotus Families, she developed a wellbeing curriculum for women survivors of gender-based violence, trafficking, and displacement, and continues to co-design and lead a young women’s group supporting those with lived experience of forced migration.
Trained in peer support facilitation, Yeree is passionate about the power of peer connection to reduce isolation and foster growth. Alongside her role, she is beginning postgraduate study in integrative counselling and psychotherapy and is excited to bring her learning into practice at Lotus Families.
