IDVA (Unqualified)

Amy first connected with Lotus as a service user before training to become a Lotus Blossom Peer Groups Facilitator. Drawing on her lived experience, she created a warm and welcoming group space where survivors could heal and grow together. Through supporting others on their recovery journey, she not only deepened her own healing but played an important  role in empowering fellow survivors to rebuild their lives. In spring 2024, she successfully secured a Trainee position and has now progressed to an Unqualified IDVA.  She is set to begin working towards her IDVA qualification in September 2025.

Relevant Qualifications and Training:
